Terms of service
When commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to these terms whether you read them or not. Breaking them will get you blacklisted and in case of fraud, PayPal & my bank will be contacted.Payment
• 100% prepayment required to start sketching.
• I only use PayPal invoice to collect payments, do not insist on other methods or paypal.me/email address, I know those can be refunded after work has been delivered.
• No refunds unless I cannot complete your commission due to personal circumstances & no cancellations.
• A slot can be reserved with a 50% non refundable downpayment, reservations are a compromise.Payment plans
• Payment plans start at 200USD and must be paid in two times for anything under 300USD.
• Starting at 300USD add one extra payment for every 150USD.
• Payments must all be the same amount.
• Payment deadlines greater than 2 weeks must be discussed privately.
• Work starts once all payments have been completed.Work times and general TOS
• I work on a weekends basis only and take only 2 slots at a time.
• I don't do deadlines.
• Slots are limited to keep my workload under control and work efficiently.
• Rude behavior and entitlement of any kind constitutes a cancellation without any sort of refund. I will be respectful to you so I expect the same back.
• I don't take "private" commissions, I post my work as I see fit, but the commissioner can choose to remain anonymous when posted.
• I do not imitate art-styles per request.
• Lying about age to get NSFW art will get you blacklisted.
• I won't draw anything listed under the "I don't draw" section or that makes me uncomfortable during discussion.
• I don't provide direct means of contact such as Discord, Whatsapp, Telegram or similar due to privacy concerns.Complexity fees, extra characters & corrections
• Characters with big wings have an extra cost of 25USD per pair of wings.
• Customer gets 4 revisions during sketch stage and one minor revision during lineart stage. Will not redo entire poses after the initial mockup sketch has been approved.
• I provide WIPS throghout the whole process. Redlining/drawover corrections are encouraged, don't be shy.
• Complex designs will have an overcharge of at least 50% above the total cost of the piece.
• My OCs cost as an extra character and cost 50% extra to be added.
• Extra expression versions are not normally offered due to the modifications required in lineart, shading and etc. Less complex extras can be discussed for a fee.Fair personal use
• Do not heavily edit, modify, recolor or draw over my work.
• Cropping for avatars and other social media stuff is fine.
• Don't erase my signature, do not request for me to make it "less visible".
• Do not profit off the finished work unles you have acquired commercial rights, I'll take action if this happens.
• Printing for personal use is fine (mugs, pins, stickers, etc).
• When reposting to your sites please link back to my galleries or credit my full searchable name so people can find me.
• Commissioned linearts may be colored by you or someone else but my credits must remain fully visible and not be removed or dulled down.
• I send all of the finished artwork through email or google drive if the former is not an option.Commercial rights & source files
• Source files cost 100USD, flat rate. Price must be added to the total commission price, this has to be requested at the start of the commission.
• Formats available are .clip .psd and .sai2
• Commercial rights cost 350USD + commission price. Flat rate.
• Commercial right holders must be okay with disclosing links to online stores where merch with my art will be sold at.MACHINE LEARNING
• I do take protection measures to protect my work from AI prompters and I keep said measures as up to date as humanely possible, this will not change, even if you bought a commission from me, they'll be as AI proofed as I can make them. This covers all, from basic sketches to fully rendered pieces.
• Anyone found utilizing machine learning or derived technologies to create variations/alternative versions of my work, finishing my sketches or WIPS, etc, without permission will be blacklisted and exposed, and full legal action will be taken given the chance.
• If you wish to utilize AI with my work it will have an extra fee of 1000USD to be paid in advance and in full, this does not include commercial rights, which cost 350USD.
I do not draw
I don't draw the following fetishes/topics:• Exaggerated body parts/hyper (genitals, etc), massive insertions, belly bulges, morbid obesity, absurd anatomical deformations, etc. (I like to keep my anatomy tasteful, realistic & proportionate).
• Bara and exaggerated/hyper muscles.
• Genderbends, ethnicity swaps.
• Any form of toilet play (diapers, scat, piss, stench, smegma etc).
• Pregnancy fetishes (non sexual pregnancy is ok), MPreg, Prolapses, Oviposition, Lactation, etc.
• Medical play, glorification of eating disorders or mental disorders & addictions.
• Transformation (non fetish transformation is ok, characters transforming into objects, bodyparts or any other thing with fetish connotations will not be accepted).
• Hypnosis, feet, tickling.
• DDLG and similar.
• Loon.
• Radical changes to skin color of canon characters for fanart.
• Vore or implied vore or any kind.
• Inflation of any kind.
• Flattening.
• Bestiality (human on feral character).
• Drugs (I don't draw any drug related art, marijuana and other drugs included) I don't draw drug based/inspired characters either.
• Politics / hate art.
• Transgender fetichizing NSFW (pinups only).
• Interiors and urban landscapes.
• Machinery, weapons, mecha.
• Real people referenced from photographs & people who do not directly consent to being drawn by me (famous people, streamers, vtubers etc).
